    Our client is an offshore aviation firm in the Oil & Gas industry and is seeking a well resourced professional to provide communication between the company's airworthiness department and the maintenance center, among others.

    Job description: 
       The Continuing Aircraft Maintenance Planner (CAMP) is responsible for communication between the company's airworthiness department and the maintenance center. He ensures that the PART-145 has all the data needed to plan and perform the maintenance.

    He is responsible for:

    • Editing the maintenance forecast for the PART-145. 
    • The edition of work orders for the PART-145. 
    • Ensuring that the contracted PART-145 has the necessary approvals to perform maintenance tasks. 
    • Ensuring that the PART-145 has acknowledged receipt of the forecast and work-orders. 
    • Verifying that work reports are correctly completed, that critical work has been checked as well as the vital points. 
    • Verifying that the Approval to Return to Service (ARS) has been correctly mentioned on the documents. 
    • Verifying that the pre-flight check has been correctly signed by the crew and that the opened MEL item(s) has(have) been accepted.
    • Completes monthly the airframe and engine logbooks of the authority.
    • Sending monthly reports to the aircraft owners.
    • Control and update of maintenance data.
    • Requests for modifications and repairs acceptance.
    • Requests for exceptional authorizations.
    • Development and update of the Continuing Airworthiness Manual Exposition (CAME).
    • Development and update of Maintenance Manuals.
    • Notification and analysis of safety events in relation with the Quality Manager.
    • Preparing and monitoring requests for renewal of airworthiness documents including the CoA, RL, etc.
    • CAM audits/inspections carried out by GCAA as well as closure of findings.
    • Classification and registration of a new aircraft.
    • Monitoring engines performance in relation to CAMP.
    • Follow up authorities and customers audit.
