Job Summary

Management of the structural unit in accordance with approved Work Programs of the Asset and provision of effective cooperation with other units. Ensuring the execution of the business process “LG” (Legal). Participation in corporate and legal work of the Asset. Organization of contractual and legal work in the Asset. Organization and control of the Asset’s claim activity.

Qualification Requirements

• University degree in Law (Bachelor and Masters Degrees)
• 8 years’ job-related experience, at least 3 years of legal managerial experience, and Oil and Gas job experience of at least 4 years.
• Knowledge of Subsoil law, Comparative analysis of international legal systems, Contract law, Basics of subsoil use, Dispute resolution, Civil law, Labor law, International private and public law, Management and Project management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Workshare, and SAP, a System of document circulation.
