Job Summary

Manage and coordinate of execution of C1 reserves incremental plan for the project. Manage and control of execution of the annual Exploration Budget for project. Execution of annual Plan of HC Production. Organization and control of support of annual reserves and resources audit for the project. Manage and control of preparation and execution of 3-year Exploration and Annual Work Programs for the project. Management and supervision of seismic interpretation, geological evaluation, and geological modeling of fields and prospects for the project. Supervision of seismic processing/reprocessing works for project. Recommendation on drilling Exploration and Appraisal Wells for project. Manage and control preparations of drilling petrophysical and testing program of Exploration and Appraisal Wells for project. Organization of geological specialist participation in reviews of Operator`s project documentations on development (conception of development, PDP, FDP) for project. 

Qualification Requirements

• MSc Degree in Petroleum Geology or Engineering with background in geological modelling and development plan preparation, presence of HC Reserves/resources evaluation.
• 15 years or more experience in Exploration and Development projects and 8-10 years of international experience
• 1-2 years in a manager level role.
• Preferred experience in deep-water clastic environments with major international organizations
• Successful development in exploration as a proven oil finder with the majority in the international and increasingly deeper water.
• Background and proven skills that include the commercial and international aspects of exploration and operations.
• Must be able to work with company management to define short- and long-term plans for exploration and development for cost optimization and projects economics improvement.
• Expert-level knowledge of geoscience software applications (Petrel, Crystal Ball, Rose & Associates); and Knowledge or experience with geo-visualization products
• professional knowledge of the methodology for assessing hydrocarbon reserves and resources using categories A-B-C1-C2-D1-D3 and PRMS
